Complete service
The vehical park management includes complete vehical park service. It contains the following areas:
- Car park analysis – Condition of a vehical park and suggestions for its revitalisation, suggestion for the best product for Fleet service
- Car facility and O & S (Operation(s) and Support). – Vehicle and supplier recommendation, registration, delivery, training, controlling activities.
- O & M (Operation(s) and Maintenance) – Complete service arrangements, tire service, pick-up service, emergency vehicle, road assistance, personal manager and regular controls of technical status of vehicle, supervisory activity
- Termination of vehicle operation and sale – Take over a vehicle from a user, return to the owner (leasing company), final accounting with the owner, valuation, estimation and expertise, sale realization, control activity
- Management – Complete evidence management of vehicle park, communication with insurance and leasing companies, police in the Czech Republic, regular reports, cost control of vehicle park and proposal optimization, on-line vehicle park data base, personal manager.
